PF Changs at the Walt Whitman Mall on Long Island has been excellent every time. Yesterday was our third meal there. Dylan was our server and did an outstanding job. Dylan was very attentive making sure our sodas were refilled and quickly bringing an extra napkin when requested. He knew the menu well as well as the details and policies associated with the promotional coupon we presented. He was cheerful as well as very professional. We live in Michigan and dine at the PF Changs at Knapps Corner in Grand Rapids frequently and find the same great atmosphere, food and service. We have never been disappointed.

Amazing experience at this location, friendly, clean, welcoming and food was prepared and presented extremely well. Our server Dylan was on point, polished, professional, and very attentive- he is our new go to person when dining here. Ask for Dylan, you will not be disappointed in his hospitality and attention to detail. Loved seeing the manager so engaged and ensuring things were good, Jasmine stopped by our table and others numerous times to check in, that’s leadership and hospitality at its finest. I recently had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s and I seriously can’t recommend it enough especially if you get Rudy as your server! From the moment we sat down, Rudy made us feel so welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed like he cared about making sure we had a good time. He gave awesome recommendations. The food was amazing as always fresh, flavorful, and nicely plated. Rudy had such a positive attitude the entire time. If you’re going to P.F. Chang’s in Huntington Station, definitely ask for Rudy. Great food + top-tier service = 10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely be back!
My wife, my mother, and I had such an incredible dinner experience, and a huge part of that was because of Max and Jen. From the moment we sat down at the bar, Max went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. He was respectful, charismatic , professional, and truly attentive throughout the entire evening. He treated the ladies in my life with genuine kindness and class, which meant a lot to me. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Jen, who was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and made sure everything about our experience was perfect. You can really tell this place cares about hospitality and customer service at the highest level. Between the amazing atmosphere and the outstanding service from Max and Jen, this turned into a night we’ll genuinely remember. It’s always great when the staff truly knows the menu and can guide you toward dishes you might not have chosen on your own. A special shoutout to Nathalie, our bartender, who truly elevated the experience. The specialty cocktails in honor of the Year of the Horse were outstanding — beautifully balanced and crafted with care. She paired our appetizers with drinks that didn’t just complement the food, but enhanced the flavors in a way that made each bite even better. It was the perfect introduction to the night’s meal. PF Chang’s Huntington continues to deliver not just dinner, but a complete dining experience. We’ll absolutely be back again! P.F.
